Confirm the test
Before dispatching the sample, confirm:

Complete the submission form
Provide client and contact details, sample identification, batch / lot / farm / orchard or supplier reference, tests requested, destination market or specification, purchase-order or billing reference, and reporting-recipient details.

Prepare and label the sample
- Use clean, secure packaging suitable for the sample.
- Protect the sample against leakage, contamination, damage and deterioration.
- Label every sample so it can be matched to the submission form.
- Include any handling, storage or urgency instructions.
- Follow any commodity-specific quantity or packaging guidance supplied by HKAL.
